You spoke life into my lungs…

Your Spirit speaks
It moves in me
And I’m awakened to your love

You’re drawing me
On to my knees
And I’m astounded by your love

You spoke life into my lungs
you are the air I breathe
you are the air I breathe
Still you move inside of me
you are the song I sing
you are the song I sing, Jesus

You cover me
With arms that reach
And I’m amazed by your sweet grace

You set me free
And you washed me clean
And I’m forgiven by your grace

You spoke life into my lungs
you are the air I breathe
you are the air I breathe
Still you move inside of me
you are the song I sing
you are the song I sing, Jesus

With every breath I breathe
With every song I sing
I want to shout it out
Lord I am listening
To every word you speak
I’ll go where you will lead
To love the least of these
Is my greatest offering

-A beautiful song I am loving at the moment-

Choosing joy…

At times in life its easy to choose joy…everyone you love is healthy…the house isn’t a total mess…there may even be flowers on the table… :)
At other times it much harder to choose joy…sickness strikes your family and you are all dropping one by one…sleep seems like a nostalgic part of the past…your cranky and so is everyone else in the house…in these moments its the time to choose joy…

…to feel God’s loving care for our family through a caring friend who drops over a meal…

…to be thankful for this pumpkin eating little guy…

…to see the ‘cuteness’ for the need for this little guy to have everything just so before he goes to sleep…

…thankful for another year of life…

:)

Planning to keep embracing joy each day of life…

Just perfect…

On Saturday my lovely friend Selina got married!!! It was an absolutely perfect wedding and so special to celebrate with Selina in this beautiful part of her journey in life.

I had the honour of praying a blessing over the newlyweds future! God hears and answers our prayers and I was so excited to pray the blessing of all of Heaven’s goodness for their life and future together.

Mr and Mrs…

A beautiful day to be wed…

Dan, Jack and I had the priviledge of celebrating the marriage of a very special couple last week.

The day was perfect…

…bunting was blowing in the breeze…

…the sun was shining as we witnessed a beautiful wedding ceremony…

…the bride was stunning…

…love…

…a day under the sun spent celebrating the blessing of marriage…

He cares about my days…

My God is a good God.
Nothing goes unnoticed.

7th March 2013 – is a day held in the hands of my God and I look forward to what this day will bring. It is a day I remember the due date of a little one that we never got to meet this side of heaven. I know my God holds our precious ones close and he is so good and kind and loving.

Psalm 31
I run to you God….
You’re my cave to hide in,
my cliff to climb.
Be my safe leader, be my true mountain guide.
…You, God, I trust.
I’m leaping and singing in the circle of your love;
you saw my pain,
you disarmed my tormentors,
You didn’t leave me in their clutches
but gave me room to breathe.

A Summer Party…

My sister Nat and some friends hosted a little backyard summer party…

Art work of a summer theme was all over the backyard  – Byron was happily being my scrunchy nosed model with the flamingos!

Summer music to be enjoyed…

Summer beads to be chewed…

A little present…

…to take home…

A picnic for our bear!

We celebrated Byron’s two years of life at our favourite park down by the river.
A teddy’s bear picnic was the order of the day. The looming rain clouds and then the down pour didn’t dampen our spirits even though we did get a bit wet!

Crispix!

Name tags for the teddy’s!

Picnic food!

Cake!

When talking about his party Byron was very clear that he would be having cake and candles and that is what he got!

We give God…

our many thanks…

for our fun, colourful, miracle boy!

Two!

Byron turned two today! He has always been a cuddly boy and we have always thought of him as our cuddly bear…and just recently discovered one of the meanings of Byron is bear…very apt!

A brown bear for our boy – and for his teddy’s bears picnic birthday party!

Byron you are strong, powerfully affectionate, loving, quick to say sorry, have a very cute scrunchy smile, you can be LOUD with your deep voice, you love to run, jump, dance and sing, play hide and seek, the Wiggles are your favourite/obsession at the moment :) and you love to put your head under the water at the pool. It is a joy to be your mum and I thank God for so wonderfully giving you life and giving you to us!
We love you so much!
You bring energy and joy everywhere you go!
